Natural Gas Dehydration
Removing water vapour from natural gas to prevent hydrates and corrosion and to meet pipeline dew-point specification, using molecular-sieve TSA adsorption.
ViewOn-site pressure-swing adsorption nitrogen generator using carbon molecular sieve — purities from 95 % to 99.999 % for blanketing, purging, and inerting.
A PSA Nitrogen Generation Package separates nitrogen from compressed air using carbon molecular sieve in twin adsorber vessels. Oxygen is preferentially adsorbed under pressure, delivering on-site nitrogen at 95 %–99.999 % purity for blanketing, purging, and inerting — eliminating delivered-gas logistics.
The package draws clean, dry compressed air through twin carbon-molecular-sieve adsorbers operating on a pressure-swing cycle. Oxygen and moisture are preferentially adsorbed, leaving high-purity nitrogen — generated on demand, on site.
Skid-mounted air receiver, pre-filtration, CMS adsorber vessels, nitrogen buffer tank, and PLC control with purity monitoring and automatic vent on off-spec. Higher purities are achieved by adjusting cycle time and recovery.
Purity is a trade-off with recovery and CMS volume. Lower purity (95–99 %) gives high recovery and a smaller package; ultra-high purity (99.999 %) requires more CMS and a deoxo step. We size to your duty.
Carbon molecular sieve is long-lived when fed clean, dry, oil-free air. Correct pre-filtration is the key to multi-year CMS life.
